All cakes and favors are custom made and require at least one to two week's notice for all orders. Wedding cakes and extremely detailed cakes and require at least one to two month's notice.
Tastings are included for all orders over $200 dollars. Tastings for orders under $200 are available for a $20 charge, which will be deducted from the final price once your order has been placed. There is a minimum order of $50. A 50% deposit is required for all orders. All checks should be made payable to Jennifer Richmond.
Any order that is being delivered needs to be paid for in full at least one week before delivery date. Final payment must be accompanied by directions and delivery contact information. This is required at 2 weeks before the date if paid for by check. Delivery is included with all orders over $200 dollars. There is a $20 minimum for deliveries under $200, which may increase depending on the travel distance. Once cakes have left my hands, I am no longer able to assume responsibility for the cake.
Wedding cakes can be made so that you can keep the top tier, if requested, at no additional cost. However, I do offer a fresh anniversary cake on your one year anniversary, free of charge!
Cakes must be stored in a cool, dark area until ready for presentation unless otherwise directed. Do not refrigerate cakes before they are served!
